The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is a little bit better than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, with a 62.7 score against 60.4. These tablets work with Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has the previous 4.0 version while Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has Android 4.3. Even being the best tablet device in this review, the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is a incredibly heavier and thicker tablet device than the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0.
The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 counts with a better looking display than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because although it has a way smaller display, and they both have the same exact 1280 x 800 resolution, the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 also counts with a higher display density. Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 counts with a processing unit that's very similar to Galaxy Tab 2 10.1's CPU, and although the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has 2 more CPU cores (although slower), they both have a 400 megahertz graphics processing unit and a 1 GB RAM memory.
Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 counts with slightly more storage to install applications and games than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 also has an external SD slot that allows up to 64 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 counts with a superior battery life than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, because it has 7000mAh of battery capacity.
The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 counts with a lot better camera than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because it has a way more mega-pixels back-facing camera.
Although Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, letting go some specs and features, but you will get the most out of your money.
