LG G Pad 8.3 has a score of 65.9, which is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1's global score of 62.7. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but LG G Pad 8.3 has 4.4 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has Android 4.0 version, so it gives you a couple nice extra features and optimized performance. The LG G Pad 8.3 body is newer, somewhat thinner and lighter than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1.

LG G Pad 8.3 features a little faster processing unit than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a higher number of cores (and they are faster) and more RAM. The LG G Pad 8.3 counts with a way better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a way greater amount of pixels per screen inch and a much higher resolution of 1200 x 1920px.

The LG G Pad 8.3 counts with a much greater memory to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, and although they both have an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 64 GB, the LG G Pad 8.3 also has 16 GB internal memory capacity. Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 counts with a much better battery lifetime than LG G Pad 8.3, because it has a 52 percent greater battery capacity.

The LG G Pad 8.3 features a greater camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because it has a much more mega pixels camera in the back.

Even being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing here, the LG G Pad 8.3 is also a bargain compared to the other tablets.
