Comparison review
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a score of 65, which is a bit better than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1's 62.7 global score. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 works with Windows 8 operating system, while Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 works with Android 4.0 operating system. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is a somewhat thinner and just a bit lighter portable tablet than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, even though both were released with only 8 months difference.
Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a slightly better looking display than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 also has a quite higher pixel amount per inch in the screen and a quite better 768 x 1366px resolution. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3's processing unit is just as good as Galaxy Tab 2 10.1's processor, because although the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has doesn't have an extra GPU, and they both have a Dual-Core processor, it also counts with more RAM.
Samsung ATIV Tab 3's camera is very similar to the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 one, although the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 also has a camera with lot more mega pixels. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a superior storage capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory capacity.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 features a way better battery lifetime than Samsung ATIV Tab 3.
Despite of being the best tablet of the ones in this comparison, Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is also a lot cheaper, which makes buying this tablet an easy decision.
