The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has an overall score of 62.7, which is just a bit better than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0)'s general score of 60.7. Both of these tablets come with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has older 4.0 version and Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has Android 4.1. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 body is notably heavier but a little thinner than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and they were released with only a couple of months difference.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) counts with a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because although it has a much lower 600 x 1024px resolution and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch of display.
