Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is a bit better than the Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, having a 62.7 score against 57.5. These tablets include Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has the previous 4.0 version and Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has Android 4.1. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is an older and heavier device than the Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, but Samsung could make it a little thinner anyway.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has a bit faster CPU than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, and although they both have the same number of cores and 1 GB of RAM memory, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 also has a graphics co-processor. GALAXY Tab 3 Kids features a little sharper screen than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because although it has a way worse 600 x 1024px resolution and a way smaller display, it also counts with a just a little higher quantity of pixels per inch of screen.
Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 counts with a bit bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 also has a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 64 GB. The GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has a little bit better camera than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1. They have a same resolution camera in the back.
Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has a way better battery performance than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, because it has a 7000mAh battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as GALAXY Tab 3 Kids. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, letting go a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
