The Sony Xperia Tablet Z has a global score of 67.2, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1's 62.7 score. These tablets use Android OS (operating system), but the Sony Xperia Tablet Z has newer 4.2.2 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has Android 4.0, so it gives you a couple additional features. Sony Xperia Tablet Z's design is lighter and extremely thinner than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, although both were only released 3 months apart.
