Comparison review

The Alcatel JOY TAB 2 is a bit better than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), getting a 62.5 score against 59.5. The Alcatel JOY TAB 2 body is much newer, thinner and a little lighter than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0). Both tablets we compare here work with Android OS (Operating System), but Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has newer 10 version and Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has Android 4.1 version, so it gives some additional features and enhanced performance.

The Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has a better performing processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has more processing cores and a larger amount of RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) features just a bit better looking display than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, although it has a lot lower resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels, a quite smaller screen and a bit inferior count of pixels per inch of display.

The Alcatel JOY TAB 2 takes much better pictures and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a lot higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and a much more mega-pixels camera. The Alcatel JOY TAB 2 features a much better storage for applications and games than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 256 GB and 32 GB internal memory capacity.

Alcatel JOY TAB 2 counts with just a little bit longer battery life than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a 4080mAh battery size against 4000mAh.

In addition to being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing, the Alcatel JOY TAB 2 is also very cheap compared to the other ones, which makes this tablet a great choice.
