Comparison review

Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has a general score of 59.5, which is better than Panasonic Toughpad A1's global score of 51.9. The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is a way thinner and noticeably lighter tablet than Panasonic Toughpad A1, although they were only released with a couple months difference. Both tablets in our current comparison work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has a newer 4.1 version and Panasonic Toughpad A1 has Android 3.2 version.

Panasonic Toughpad A1 has a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0). Both of them have a 1 GB RAM memory and the same number of cores. Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) features a more vivid display than Panasonic Toughpad A1, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a greater screen density.

The Panasonic Toughpad A1 counts with as much storage capacity to store more games and applications as the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) one, both of them have the same internal storage and an external SD slot that allows up to 32 GB. Panasonic Toughpad A1 has a bit superior battery life than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has 4590mAh of battery capacity.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) features just a bit better camera than Panasonic Toughpad A1, although it has a back-facing camera with lot less mega pixels.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is not only the best tablets in our comparison, but it's also cheaper than the Panasonic Toughpad A1, making this tablet a very good choice.
