The Google Nexus 10 has a global score of 68.1, which is better than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0)'s 60.7 overall score. Even though Google Nexus 10 and Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) were released with only a couple of months difference, the Google Nexus 10 design is somewhat thinner but heavier than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0). These tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but Google Nexus 10 has a more recent 5.1 version and Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has Android 4.1 version, so it provides the user a couple nice extra features and performance enhancements.
The Google Nexus 10 has a brighter screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a much bigger display, a much better quantity of pixels per inch of display and a much higher 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution. The Google Nexus 10 has a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and although they both have a Dual-Core processor, the Google Nexus 10 also has a higher amount of RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has a much better memory capacity to store more apps and games than Google Nexus 10, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 32 GB. The Google Nexus 10 captures much clearer videos and photos than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a way better video resolution and a lot more mega-pixels back-facing camera.
The Google Nexus 10 counts with a really longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a 125 percent greater battery size.
Google Nexus 10 costs more than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), but it's still a great deal, as you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
