Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has an overall score of 60.7, which is slightly better than the HTC Flyer's score of 58.7. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has 4.1 version and HTC Flyer has Android 3.2. The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) body is newer, somewhat lighter and a lot thinner than the HTC Flyer.

The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) features just a bit better display than HTC Flyer. Both have the same exact resolution of 600 x 1024, a screen of the same size and the same count of pixels per inch in the screen. HTC Flyer has a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because although it has an inferior number of cores , and they both have a 1 GB RAM memory, the HTC Flyer also counts with a graphics processing unit.

HTC Flyer has as much memory capacity to store more games and applications as Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), both of them have equal 32 GB internal storage and a SD card slot that supports up to 32 GB. The HTC Flyer takes clearer videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and although they both have the same 1280x720 (HD) video quality and the same video frame rates, the HTC Flyer also has a camera with a lot better 5 mega-pixels resolution.

The HTC Flyer counts with a battery life that's very similar to Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0)'s battery lifetime.

Even being the best tablet of the ones we compare here, the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is also very cheap compared to the other ones, making it a great choice.
