Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is a bit better than the LG G Pad 8.0, having a 60.7 score against 58.6. These tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has the previous 4.1 version while LG G Pad 8.0 has Android 5.0. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is a a bit heavier and a bit thicker portable tablet than the LG G Pad 8.0.

LG G Pad 8.0 features a bit more vivid display than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a little larger screen, a higher 1280 x 800 resolution and a quite greater number of pixels in each screen inch. The LG G Pad 8.0 features a bit superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the LG G Pad 8.0 also has an extra graphics processing unit and a larger number of cores.

The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) captures a little bit better photographs and videos than LG G Pad 8.0, although it has a way lower video quality and a back camera with much less mega-pixels resolution. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) features a better memory to install applications and games than LG G Pad 8.0, because although it has a SD extension slot that supports up to 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.

LG G Pad 8.0 has just a bit better battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a 4200mAh battery size.

Although Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is a better device, it costs a lot more money than LG G Pad 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG G Pad 8.0. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get LG G Pad 8.0, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your money.
