Galaxy Note 8.0 is better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), having a 69.2 score against 60.7. Galaxy Note 8.0's construction is newer, just a bit lighter and way thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0). Both of these tablets include Android OS, but Galaxy Note 8.0 has a more recent 4.4.2 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has Android 4.1 version.

The Galaxy Note 8.0 counts with a really superior processing power than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has 1 GB more RAM, a higher number of cores and an extra graphics processing unit. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) features a bit sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0, although it has a way worse 600 x 1024 resolution, a just a little less pixels per inch of screen and a little bit smaller display.
