The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE is a bit better than the Alcatel JOY TAB, with a 61.7 score against 59.4. Both of these tablets use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has the older 4.1 version and Alcatel JOY TAB has Android 9.0 Pie. Although it's the best tablet device we compare here, we must note that it's also older, somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker.
Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE counts with a little sharper display than Alcatel JOY TAB, although it has a lot worse 600 x 1024px resolution, a little bit smaller display and a quite lower display density. Alcatel JOY TAB has just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with a greater number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory.
Alcatel JOY TAB shoots slightly better videos and photos than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, and although they both have the same (HD) video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Alcatel JOY TAB also has a back-facing camera with lot more megapixels. The Alcatel JOY TAB has a much bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has 32 GB internal memory and a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 128 GB.
The Alcatel JOY TAB counts with just a bit longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has a 4080mAh battery size.
