Comparison review
The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, having a 63.8 score against 61.7. Both tablets we compare here include Android OS (operating system), but Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has a more recent 13 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has Android 4.1. The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 body is way newer and noticeably thinner, but incredibly heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE.
