Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE is just a bit better than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, having a overall score of 61.7 against 60.4. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE design is a bit lighter but incredibly thicker than the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0. Both tablets in this comparison have Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has older 4.1 version while Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has Android 4.3 version.

Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 counts with a much better looking screen than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has a higher resolution of 1280 x 800, a little bigger screen and a little higher screen density. The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE features a little bit more memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE also has a SD memory slot that supports up to 64 GB.

Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 counts with a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, and although they both have a 400 MHz graphics co-processor and a 1 GB RAM, the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 also has a larger number of 1.2 gigahertz cores. The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 features longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has a 20% more battery capacity.

The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 shoots slightly better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same video quality, the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 also has a back facing camera with a way better resolution.

Even being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing here, Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE is also a lot cheaper, which makes it very easy to pick between these tablets.
