The LG G Pad 8.3 is a little bit better than the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, with a 65.9 score against 61.7. Both of these tablets include Android OS, but LG G Pad 8.3 has the newer 4.4 version while Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has Android 4.1. LG G Pad 8.3 is a newer tablet, and it is also thinner and just a little lighter than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE.

LG G Pad 8.3 counts with an incredibly better looking screen than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has a much better pixels count per inch in the display, a larger display and a lot higher 1200 x 1920 pixels resolution. LG G Pad 8.3 features a very superior memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, and although they both have an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB, the LG G Pad 8.3 also has more internal storage.

The LG G Pad 8.3 counts with a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM and a higher number of cores. The LG G Pad 8.3 captures a lot better photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has a back camera with a much better 5 megapixels resolution and a way higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution.

LG G Pad 8.3 features just a bit longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has 4600mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.

The LG G Pad 8.3 is more expensive than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, but you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
