Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has a general score of 65.9, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE's 61.7 general score. These devices use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has a more recent 4.2 version while Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has Android 4.1 version. The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch construction is newer and way thinner than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE's, although it's also much heavier.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has a little more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because although it has a really smaller display and a way lower 600 x 1024 resolution, it also counts with a little more pixels per inch in the display. The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch counts with a little faster processing unit than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, they both have the same number of cores and 1 GB of RAM memory.
Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch counts with a way bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, and although they both have an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 64 GB, the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch also has more internal storage capacity.

So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, giving up some specifications.
