Comparison review

The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has a global score of 61.7, which is slightly better than the Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids's 57.5 global score. Both tablets in this comparison review use the same Android 4.1 operating system, so they should offer identical operating system features. Even being the best portable tablet in this review, Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE's construction is older, a little thicker and somewhat heavier than the Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids.

Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has just a bit better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE. They have the same exact 600 x 1024px resolution, a display of the same size and the same pixels density. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE counts with a bit more memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE also has a SD memory slot that allows up to 64 GB.

The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has a bit more powerful processor than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, and although they both have 1 GB of RAM memory and a Dual-Core processing unit, the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE also has a graphics processing unit. Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids and Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE have quite similar batteries performance.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE shoots much clearer pictures and videos than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, because it has a better resolution back-facing camera.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE costs a little more money than Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, but it's still a good choice, because you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
