The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has a score of 61.7, which is a bit better than Galaxy Tab E's 60.7 global score. Although the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE is notably older and somewhat thicker than Galaxy Tab E, it's design is still extremely lighter. Both of these tablets use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has the previous 4.1 version and Galaxy Tab E has Android 4.4 version.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab E features a little bit better performance than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a larger number of cores and more RAM memory. The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE counts with a little bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab E, because although it has a lot worse resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a little bit higher quantity of pixels per inch of display.

Galaxy Tab E has a little bit better camera than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, and although they both have the same (HD) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Galaxy Tab E also has a way better 5 MP resolution camera in the back. The Galaxy Tab E counts with a better memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, and although they both have exactly the same 8 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Tab E also has a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 128 GB.
