The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a general score of 74.6, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE's 61.7 overall score. Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is a newer and much thinner device than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, although it's also a lot heavier. These tablets work with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has 4.4 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has Android 4.1 version.
Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a greater processing power than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has a greater amount of RAM, 2 more CPU cores and a much better 450 MHz graphics processing unit. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a much better looking screen than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has a lot better display density, a way better resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels and a way larger display.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 takes clearer videos and photos than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has a much higher 1920x1080 video quality and a camera in the back with a way better resolution. Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a much better memory for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, and although they both have an external memory slot that admits up to 64 GB, the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has more internal memory.
Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 counts with a much longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has 8220mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
Although Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, giving up a couple specs and features.
