Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is a lot better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, with a general score of 74.3 against 61.7. These tablets use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has newer 4.4.2 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has Android 4.1 version. The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 design is newer and noticeably thinner, but incredibly heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE.

Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a much better screen than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has a way higher resolution of 1600 x 2560px, a much larger screen and a lot better display pixels density. Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a much greater storage for apps and games than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has 24 GB more internal storage and an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB.

Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features a bit better processing power than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and a larger number of cores. Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features a much longer battery duration than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has 7900mAh of battery capacity.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 shoots much better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has a lot better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and a back camera with way more mega pixels.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is way more expensive than the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
