The Samsung Galaxy View 2 has a general score of 65.3, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE's 61.7 overall score. These tablets have Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy View 2 has a more recent 8.1 Oreo version while Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has Android 4.1 version, giving a lot of extra features and optimized performance. Even though the Samsung Galaxy View 2 is notably newer than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, it's extremely thicker and way heavier.
Galaxy View 2 features a bit better processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater number of cores and a higher amount of RAM memory. Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE counts with a sharper display than Galaxy View 2, because although it has a really smaller screen and a way worse 600 x 1024 pixels resolution, it also counts with a higher display density.
The Galaxy View 2 features much more storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has a SD extension slot that supports up to 400 GB and more internal memory. The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE counts with a lot better camera than Samsung Galaxy View 2. The Galaxy View 2 features a much longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has 12000mAh of battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy View 2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy View 2, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, giving up a couple specifications.
