Sony Vaio Tap 11 has a general score of 66, which is a little bit better than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE's 61.7 general score. The Sony Vaio Tap 11 has Windows 8 operating system, and Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE counts with Android 4.1 operating system. The Sony Vaio Tap 11 construction is a bit thinner but much heavier than the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE.

Sony Vaio Tap 11 features a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, and they both have a Dual-Core CPU, the Sony Vaio Tap 11 also counts with more RAM memory. The Sony Vaio Tap 11 features a brighter display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has a bit higher pixel amount per display inch, a much better 1080 x 1920 resolution and a really bigger display.

The Sony Vaio Tap 11 has much more memory capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE takes a little bit better pictures and videos than Sony Vaio Tap 11, although it has a much less mega-pixels camera in the back.

Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE counts with a bit better battery life than Sony Vaio Tap 11, because it has a 4000mAh battery size instead of 3800mAh.

Although Sony Vaio Tap 11 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Sony Vaio Tap 11, else you can save some money and buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, resigning some specs and features.
