The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE is just a bit better than Sony Xperia Tablet S, getting a 61.7 score against 58.9. Even though Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE and the Sony Xperia Tablet S were only released 0 months apart, Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE is lighter and somewhat thinner. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has 4.1 version while Sony Xperia Tablet S has Android 4.1.1.

Sony Xperia Tablet S has a display that's just as good as the display in Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because although the Sony Xperia Tablet S has a just a bit lower screen density, it also counts with a higher resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels and a way larger display. The Xperia Tablet S counts with a superior storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has a SD extension slot that allows up to 128 GB and 64 GB internal storage.
