The Galaxy Note 8.0 counts with a greater hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because it has a larger amount of RAM, a graphics co-processor and 2 more 1.6 gigahertz cpu cores.
The Galaxy Note 8.0 counts with a lot bigger memory to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, and although they both have a SD memory slot that supports up to 64 GB, the Galaxy Note 8.0 also has 32 GB internal storage capacity.
