The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, having a 75.8 score against 65.9. Both tablets in our current comparison come with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has a more recent 4.4.2 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has Android 4.2, so it provides the user some additional features. Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014)'s design has the same thickness than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, but it is just a little heavier.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has a superior processing unit than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because it has a greater amount of RAM, an extra graphics processing unit and more processing cores.
