The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, getting a global score of 68.4 against 65.9. Both tablets in this comparison review use Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has a more recent 4.4.2 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has Android 4.2 version. Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0's body has the same thickness than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, but it's extremely lighter.
Galaxy Note 8.0 has a better processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because it has a higher number of 1600 MHz cores, a higher amount of RAM and an additional GPU. The Galaxy Note 8.0 has a little bit better looking screen than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because although it has a really smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 800 x 1280px, the Galaxy Note 8.0 also counts with a greater amount of pixels per inch in the screen.
