Comparison review
Apple iPad 4 is a little bit better than the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, getting a 70.8 score against 66.5. Apple iPad 4 is a noticeably heavier but just a little thinner device than the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0. Apple iPad 4 counts with iOS 7.x operating system, and Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has Android 4.4.2 operating system.
IPad 4 has a more vivid display than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because it has a way bigger screen, a way better resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels and a lot more pixels per inch of display. The iPad 4 counts with a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 112 GB more internal memory.
The Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has a bit better CPU than iPad 4, and although they both have a Dual-Core processor, the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 also has a better graphics processor working at 450 MHz and a higher amount of RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has a very superior battery life than iPad 4. Apple iPad 4 shoots way better videos and photos than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because it has a camera in the back with a way better 5 MP resolution.
Although Apple iPad 4 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Tab 3 7.0. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Apple iPad 4, else you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, letting go some specifications.
