The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite is better than the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, getting a 73.3 score against 66.5. Both tablets in this review come with Android operating system, but Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has a newer 8.0 Oreo version while Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has Android 4.4.2 version. Huawei MediaPad M5 lite's construction is incredibly newer and extremely thinner than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0's, but it's notably heavier.
