Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has an overall score of 66.5, which is better than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD's score of 57.6. Galaxy Tab 3 7.0's design is somewhat lighter than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, although it is a lot thicker and was released many years before. Both tablets in our current comparison come with Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has an older 4.4.2 version and Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
