Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is better than the LG G Pad 8.0, having a 68.7 score against 58.6. Both tablets in this comparison review have Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has older 4.2.2 version and LG G Pad 8.0 has Android 5.0. Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is a just a little lighter and incredibly thinner tablet than LG G Pad 8.0.
Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch counts with a bit faster processor than LG G Pad 8.0, because although it has a lower number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and a better GPU. LG G Pad 8.0 counts with a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch. They have a same size screen, the same pixels density and exactly the same resolution of 1280 x 800.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch features a much greater storage for applications, games, photos and videos than LG G Pad 8.0, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 64 GB, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch also has 16 GB more internal storage. Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch features a little better battery life than LG G Pad 8.0, because it has 4450mAh of battery capacity.

The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is a lot more expensive than the LG G Pad 8.0, but you can get a better tablet for that few extra dollars.
