The iPod touch 6th generation is much better than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, with a score of 65.6 against 57.5. IPod touch 6th generation is a newer tablet, and it is also much lighter and noticeably thinner than the GALAXY Tab 3 Kids. The iPod touch 6th generation works with iOS 12.x OS, while GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has Android 4.1 OS.

The iPod touch 6th generation has a much better looking screen than Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, because although it has a way smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly higher resolution of 640 x 1136 and much more pixels per screen inch.

Although iPod touch 6th generation is a better device, it costs a lot more money than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as GALAXY Tab 3 Kids. So if you need that extra features, you can buy iPod touch 6th generation, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, resigning a couple specifications.
