Galaxy Note 8.0 has an overall score of 69.2, which is much better than the GALAXY Tab 3 Kids's global score of 57.5. These tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Note 8.0 has a more recent 4.4.2 version while GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has Android 4.1, so it provides you lots of additional features and a performance increase. Galaxy Note 8.0's construction is noticeably thinner but heavier than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, and both of them were released with only 6 months difference.
Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has a slightly better display than Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0, although it has a bit smaller screen, a just a bit lower pixels density and a lot lower resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels.
