Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab is slightly better than the GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, getting a 58.6 score against 57.5. Both tablets we are comparing here use Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab has older 2.3.3 version while GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has Android 4.1. Although Samsung Galaxy Tab is a better portable tablet than the GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, we must highlight that it is also an extremely older, somewhat thicker and noticeably heavier portable tablet.
Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has a bit superior CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has more cpu cores and 512 MB more RAM memory. Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has a little more vivid display than Galaxy Tab. Both have the same amount of pixels in each inch of display, a display with the same size and exactly the same resolution of 600 x 1024.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab counts with a bit better camera than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids. They have a 3 mega pixels back facing camera. Galaxy Tab features a lot bigger memory to store more games and applications than Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 32 GB internal memory.
Samsung Galaxy Tab features a battery duration that's just as good as the battery life in Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids.
Galaxy Tab costs a little more than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, but you can get a better tablet for that extra dollars.
