Although Asus VivoTab is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite, letting go a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
