Asus VivoTab has an overall score of 57.5, which is slightly better than the Galaxy Tab 3 Lite's overall score of 57.4. Asus VivoTab comes with Windows 8 operating system, and Galaxy Tab 3 Lite has Android 4.2 operating system. The Asus VivoTab is a somewhat thinner but heavier tablet than the Galaxy Tab 3 Lite.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite features a much better display than Asus VivoTab, because although it has a way worse 1024 x 600 resolution and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a greater count of pixels per inch of screen. The Asus VivoTab has a much greater storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 3 Lite, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory.

The Asus VivoTab features a better performance than Galaxy Tab 3 Lite, and although they both have 2 processing cores, the Asus VivoTab also has an additional graphics processor and more RAM. The Asus VivoTab takes much clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy Tab 3 Lite, because it has a camera in the back with lot more mega pixels and a much better video quality.

The Galaxy Tab 3 Lite has a much longer battery duration than Asus VivoTab.

Although Asus VivoTab is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite, letting go a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
