The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has an overall score of 60.8, which is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite's score of 57.4. Despite being the best we are comparing, Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus's body is somewhat heavier and a bit thicker than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite. Both of these tablets include Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has the older 4.1.2 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite has Android 4.2.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite and the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus both count with incredibly similar CPUs, both have 2 CPU cores and the same RAM amount. Galaxy Tab 3 Lite has just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus. They have exactly the same resolution of 1024 x 600, a greater amount of pixels per screen inch and a screen with the same size.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite, because it has a way higher 3 megapixels resolution camera and a much better 1280x720 (HD) video resolution. Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus counts with a much bigger storage for apps and games than Galaxy Tab 3 Lite, because it has an external memory card slot that supports up to 64 GB and 32 GB internal storage.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus counts with a bit better battery duration than Galaxy Tab 3 Lite, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity against 3600mAh.
Although Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy Tab 3 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy Tab 3 Lite. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get Galaxy Tab 3 Lite, giving up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your savings.
