Comparison review
Asus VivoTab RT is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, getting a 61 score against 58.5. The Asus VivoTab RT comes with Windows RT OS, and Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V works with Android 4.4 OS. Asus VivoTab RT is a noticeably heavier but somewhat thinner tablet than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V. Galaxy Tab 3 V features a little sharper display than Asus VivoTab RT, because although it has a way worse 1024 x 600 resolution and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a little bit better pixels number per inch of display.
Asus VivoTab RT has a way bigger memory to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab 3 V, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with more internal storage. Asus VivoTab RT features a bit superior CPU than Galaxy Tab 3 V, because it has more 1300 megahertz CPU cores and a higher amount of RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V features a way better battery performance than Asus VivoTab RT. Asus VivoTab RT has a very superior camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, because it has a way higher 8 mega pixels resolution camera in the back and a much better (Full HD) video quality.

If you are trying to save some money, you can get the Galaxy Tab 3 V, giving up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
