Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab 3 V, with a 62.7 score against 58.5. Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD's design is incredibly heavier but just a little thinner than Galaxy Tab 3 V. These tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD has 4.0 version and Galaxy Tab 3 V has Android 4.4.
