Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 works with Android 4.4.2 OS, and Acer Iconia W510 has Windows 8 OS. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is a newer tablet, and it's also lighter and thinner than Acer Iconia W510.
