Comparison review
Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is slightly better than the iPod touch 6th generation, with a 67.8 score against 65.6. Despite being the best in our current comparison, we must tell that it is also older, notably heavier and way thicker. Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 comes with Android 4.4.2 operating system, while iPod touch 6th generation comes with iOS 12.x operating system.
The iPod touch 6th generation features a sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has a much smaller screen and a little lower resolution of 640 x 1136px, it also counts with a way better display density. The Apple iPod touch 6th generation has a very superior storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with more internal memory.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a little bit better performance than iPod touch 6th generation, because it has a larger amount of RAM, a larger number of cores (and also faster) and an extra GPU. The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a superior battery lifetime than iPod touch 6th generation, because it has 6800mAh of battery capacity.
IPod touch 6th generation captures a lot better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because it has a camera with a lot higher 8 mega-pixels resolution and a way higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality.
Despite of being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing, the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is also very cheap compared to the other tablets, which makes it an easy decision.
