Huawei MediaPad M5 lite is a a lot newer tablet device, and it is also a little thinner and a little bit lighter than the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1. These devices work with Android operating system, but Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has the newer 8.0 Oreo version while Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has Android 4.4.2, giving some extra features.
The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite features a superior processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with a larger number of cores and 2,5 GB more RAM memory. Huawei MediaPad M5 lite features a screen that's very similar to Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1's screen, and although the Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has a lot higher resolution of 1920 x 1200px and a lot more pixels per display inch, they both have a screen with the same size.
