The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has an overall score of 67.8, which is much better than the Lenovo Tab S8-50's global score of 59.6. Both tablets in this review have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has the newer 4.4.2 version and Lenovo Tab S8-50 has Android 4.4 version, so it provides the user a lot of extra features.
The Lenovo Tab S8-50 features a little better performance than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, and they both have 4 CPU cores, the Lenovo Tab S8-50 also counts with 512 MB more RAM. Lenovo Tab S8-50 counts with a much better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has a much smaller screen, it also counts with a way better screen pixel density and a much better 1920 x 1200px resolution.
Lenovo Tab S8-50 counts with a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because it has a lot better resolution back facing camera. Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a very superior storage to store more apps and games than Lenovo Tab S8-50. Both of them have equal internal storage. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 features a very superior battery lifetime than Lenovo Tab S8-50, because it has a 59% larger battery capacity.
