Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, with a overall score of 68.3 against 67.8. Although Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) is somewhat thicker than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, it's notably lighter and also much newer. Both of these tablets use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has a more recent 8.1 Oreo version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has Android 4.4.2, so it offers a couple additional features and performance improvements.
