Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a global score of 67, which is much better than Asus MeMO Pad 8's 60.1 overall score. Despite being the best tablet in this review, Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1's design is just a little bit thicker and way heavier than the Asus MeMO Pad 8. Both tablets in our current comparison come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a newer 4.4.2 version while Asus MeMO Pad 8 has Android 4.4 version, providing a lot of extra features.

Asus MeMO Pad 8 counts with a bit better processing power than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, and they both have a Quad-Core CPU, the Asus MeMO Pad 8 also counts with 512 MB more RAM. The Asus MeMO Pad 8 features a better screen than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with much more pixels per inch of display and a way higher 1920 x 1200 resolution.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 counts with a little bit better camera than Asus MeMO Pad 8, although it has a way less mega-pixels resolution camera and a worse (HD) video quality. Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 and Asus MeMO Pad 8 both have similar memory capacity to store more games and applications, they have an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 64 GB and exactly the same 16 GB internal storage.
