Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is slightly better than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, having a 65.6 score against 62.3. Both of these tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has newer 4.4.2 version and Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 has Android 4.4 version, offering some extra features. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 body is somewhat thicker but lighter than the Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8.
