Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is better than the Asus VivoTab, with a general score of 65.6 against 57.5. The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 construction is newer and extremely lighter, but also just a little bit thicker than the Asus VivoTab. The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 works with Android 4.4.2 OS, and Asus VivoTab works with Windows 8 OS.
The Asus VivoTab features a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because although it has less CPU cores (although faster), it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and an additional graphics processing unit. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a more vivid screen than Asus VivoTab, because although it has a way smaller screen and a bit worse 1280 x 800 resolution, it also counts with a much higher pixel count per screen inch.
The Asus VivoTab has a much better memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 counts with a really longer battery lifetime than Asus VivoTab. Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 captures much clearer photos and videos than Asus VivoTab, although it has a lot lower 1280x720 (HD) video quality and a back facing camera with lot less mega-pixels resolution.
