Comparison review
Google Nexus 10 is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, having a 68.1 score against 65.6. Both tablets in our current comparison come with Android OS, but the Google Nexus 10 has a newer 5.1 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has Android 4.4.2, so it provides the user a couple additional features. The Google Nexus 10 design has the same thickness than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, but it's heavier.
The Google Nexus 10 features a little bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because although it has lesser cores , it also counts with more RAM memory. The Google Nexus 10 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a much bigger display, a greater amount of pixels per inch of display and a much better 1600 x 2560 resolution.
Google Nexus 10 has a quite bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 captures a little bit better pictures and videos than Google Nexus 10, although it has a lot lower (HD) video quality and a camera with lot less mega-pixels resolution.
