The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is much better than the Google Nexus 7, having a global score of 65.6 against 59.3. Galaxy Tab 4 7.0's body is newer, thinner and somewhat lighter than the Google Nexus 7. The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is a lot more expensive than the Google Nexus 7, but you can get a better tablet for that few extra dollars.
