Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is a bit better than the Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, having a 65.6 score against 60.4. These devices use Android OS, but Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a newer 4.4.2 version and Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition has Android 3.2, giving a lot of extra features. The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is a way lighter portable tablet than the Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, but they are equally thin.

The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 counts with a bit better hardware performance than Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a higher number of cores and more RAM. The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a bit more vivid display than Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 1280 x 800 pixels resolution, the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 also counts with a just a little higher pixel density.
