Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is a bit better than the Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, having a 65.6 score against 60.4. These devices use Android OS, but Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a newer 4.4.2 version and Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition has Android 3.2, giving a lot of extra features.
