Comparison review
Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 is just a bit better than the Huawei MediaPad M2, having a score of 66.2 against 65.5. These tablets come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has the previous 4.4.2 version while Huawei MediaPad M2 has Android 5.1 Lollipop version. The Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 is a just a little lighter portable tablet than the Huawei MediaPad M2, but they have the same thickness.
Huawei MediaPad M2 counts with a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, and although they both have a same size display, the Huawei MediaPad M2 also has a higher pixel number in each inch in the display and a lot better resolution of 1200 x 1920. The Huawei MediaPad M2 counts with a little faster processor than Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and more CPU cores.
The Huawei MediaPad M2 features a camera that's very similar to the camera in Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, although the Huawei MediaPad M2 also has a much better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and a lot higher resolution back-facing camera. Huawei MediaPad M2 counts with a much bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, because it has a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 128 GB and 32 GB internal memory capacity.
Huawei MediaPad M2 counts with just a little bit longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, because it has an 8% larger battery capacity.
